We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy, if for whatever reason our product did not meet your expectations. Your 30 days start from the day of delivery. If more than 30 days have gone after delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be advised that our 30-day no questions asked refund policy is only valid for first time customers of each modality.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us so we can provide return instructions.
Each customer is entitled to use our refund policy only once for each of our products and it is only valid for first time orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without a tracking number.
