We offer a 30-day return policy, if for whatever reason our product did not meet your expectations. Your 30 days start from the day of delivery. Returns must be postmarked by the 30th day to be honored. If more than 30 days have gone after delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us at [email protected] so we can provide return instructions.
Each customer is entitled to use our refund policy only once for each of our products.
Replacement orders are not eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Please make sure you email us at [email protected] and inform us you are planning to return your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped without a tracking number.
NOTE: Duty fees are the customer’s financial responsibility and if an order does not reach its final destination due to the customer’s refusal to pay their legal duty fees, Frequencell Inc. is not at fault for the failure of delivery, nor is obliged to offer a replacement.
