You can wear the Menstruation Cell 24 hours per day – long-term use is always okay, but not necessary. We recommend wearing the Cell for 1-2 hours a day during the first week of purchase, in order to get used to it and help your body calibrate to the device’s frequency. After this “trial” phase, you can wear it during your menstrual cycle. We strongly recommend wearing it at night, to get stability for the day. We also recommend taking it off before you take a shower, as the adhesive might lose its stickiness, and cleaning the product. Many users wear the Cell for 7 days straight, and tolerate the adhesive extremely well. The adhesive should not irritate your skin. Besides the 10 patches which are already included in the price with each FrequenCell, you can use any type of skin-friendly adhesive to keep the FrequenCell secure to your body (for example, kinesiology tape).

Placement:
Place the Menstruation Cell vertically 2 fingers below the navel.
The best results are achieved when you place the Cell’s silicone surface (not the labeled side) directly onto your skin. Silicone side on the skin, sticker side outwards, where the patch goes on.
